About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Toyota. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for matching customers with the right car and ensuring they have the features and add-ons required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building trust and communicating effectively with customers to exceed their expectations
  • Maximising opportunities through prospecting, follow-up calls, and internet enquiries
  • Maximising profit by achieving monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products
  • Adhering to the Company's FCA and data protection obligations by accurately collecting customer contact and vehicle data
About You

We are looking for an individual with experience working as a retail sales executive or customer service agent, with a genuine interest in sales. You should be able to demonstrate an ability and record of achieving and exceeding targets, quickly establish and build rapport with customers, and hold a valid UK driver's licence.
