We're seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our team at Toyota, where you'll have the opportunity to work with a leading car brand and become a part of our commitment to providing exceptional employee experiences.
About the RoleAs a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for matching customers with the right vehicles, ensuring complete satisfaction throughout the sales process. You'll work closely with our team to achieve sales targets, build strong relationships with customers, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Build trust and communicate effectively with customers to exceed their expectations.
- Maximise opportunities through prospecting, follow-up calls, and internet enquiries.
- Maximise profit by achieving monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products.
- Adhere to the Company's FCA and data protection obligations by accurately collecting customer contact and vehicle data.
We're looking for a motivated and results-driven individual with a genuine interest in sales. You'll have experience working in a retail sales environment, excellent communication and customer service skills, and a valid UK driver's licence. Motor trade experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
