James Gray Associates is seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients and wholesale partners, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and wholesale partners, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve corporate and wholesale sales targets.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential and existing clients to present our products and services.
- Negotiate and close sales, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and our company.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Manage and grow existing wholesale accounts, ensuring timely delivery of products and resolving any issues that arise.
- Identify, onboard, and manage third-party corporate and wholesale channels.
- Work closely with our marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales efforts with company goals and product offerings.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, including pipeline updates and sales performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and threats.
