Job Description

As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  1. Leading a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care
  2. Producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, with an understanding of regulatory frameworks
  3. Overseeing all aspects of medicine management on your shift in accordance with company policies and current legislation
  4. Supporting, guiding, teaching and mentoring others in line with the NMC Code, following its guidance at all times
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must possess:

  1. Qualification as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin
  2. Ability to lead a team of care staff
  3. Passionate about delivering great care and supporting the residents and their families
  4. Awareness and understanding of the CI/CQQ/RQIA National Care Standards
  5. Able to deliver nursing care in a clinical environment
