In return for your hard work and dedication, you will enjoy a competitive salary of £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

You will be responsible for leading our care team to provide high-quality care to our residents. This will involve managing a team of caregivers, developing care plans, and ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care.

As a Care Coordinator, you will need to be able to recognise the signs of possible abuse, harm or neglect and know what to do if you have any concerns. You will also be required to attend safeguarding training appropriate to your role and undertake additional training in associated areas.
