We are seeking an Adult Care Assistant to join our team in Oxfordshire.
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to residents, enhancing their lives, and supporting them to maintain independence.
You will work collaboratively with our dedicated team to develop personalized care plans, participate in leisure activities, and provide emotional support to residents and their families.
This role offers ongoing training and development opportunities, including our Team Leader Development programme.
