About the Job
We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic individual to fill a Care Assistant position at Stirlings Care Home. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others and be part of a dynamic care team.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to build positive relationships with residents, colleagues, and families. They will work closely with our management team to develop and implement person-centered care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate of £12.33, which includes higher weekend pay rates. Additional benefits include:
- Flexible full-time and part-time hours, with options for 7:00am-2:00pm or 2:00pm-10:00pm shifts, including alternate weekend working
- 28 days holiday per year, increasing with length of service (pro rata for part-time staff)
