Job Summary

This role involves providing personal care and support to residents, including assisting with daily activities, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean and safe living environment. You will work closely with the care team to ensure that each resident receives the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing personal care and support to residents
  • Assisting with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
  • Preparing and serving meals and snacks
  • Maintaining a clean and safe living environment
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a healthcare setting is desirable but not essential
  • A willingness to undertake training and development opportunities to improve your skills and knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
