Care Support Specialist

At Oakland Care, we are committed to delivering exceptional care and support to our residents. We are seeking a dedicated Care Support Specialist to join our team.
Job DescriptionThis role involves providing personal care and support to residents, including assisting with daily activities, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean and safe living environment. You will work closely with the care team to ensure that each resident receives the highest level of care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Assisting residents with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
- Preparing and serving meals and snacks
- Maintaining a clean and safe living environment
- Participating in activities and social events to promote residents' physical and mental well-being
- Previous experience working in a healthcare setting is desirable but not essential
- A willingness to undertake training and development opportunities to improve your skills and knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A competitive salary of £12 per hour

Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
