About This Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Team Leader to join our team and take on the challenging role of managing our inventory management and revenue optimization functions.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a team of Senior Advisors and contribute to the success of our business by driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Senior Advisors to manage inventory and optimize revenue
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Manage department workloads and prioritize tasks to ensure delivery of business objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in revenue management and inventory optimization
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic recommendations
  • Strong understanding of business operations and ability to drive process improvements
