We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team as an Online Assistant. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and experience a seamless online shopping journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick and pack customer orders with precision and care, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication, resolving queries and issues promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with the online warehouse team to process orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Support the online drivers in loading their vans, ensuring they are ready to hit the road on-time.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, upholding Sainsbury's values and standards.
Requirements
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to lift and move shopping containers up to 15kg, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with new technology and adapting to changing processes.
  • Availability to work a range of shifts, including early mornings and late evenings.
