About the Role

Hitachi Solutions Europe is a global leader in digital transformation, data, and technology consultancy. As a Microsoft Gold partner and Cloud Services partner, we specialize in end-to-end transformation, delivering cutting-edge solutions to our clients.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our team, responsible for leading the change process and deliverables for implementations. This role will report into the Senior Change Manager and will be responsible for driving business readiness for go-live and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute change management activities for projects, working closely with clients to ensure seamless adoption.
  2. Collaborate with client leadership teams to drive consistent and positive messages about the changes, leveraging a change network approach.
  3. Create and implement communication and stakeholder plans to engage users, support the business, and facilitate change.
  4. Design and deliver engagement packs and materials, ensuring alignment with key project messaging.
  5. Work with the training delivery team to ensure alignment of all activities.
  6. Provide Hypercare support for end users, including floor walkers, training, and drop-in sessions.
  7. Conduct post-go-live adoption surveys to measure success.
  8. Report progress to the Consultancy Change Manager, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
Requirements
  1. 5+ years of experience in delivering organizational change management projects.
  2. Background in developing change solutions on large-scale, complex transformation projects, including ERP systems implementations.
  3. Strong leadership abilities, with experience as a role model, partner, and mentor to project teams and clients.
  4. Consulting skills, including team facilitation, conflict management, and business case development.
  5. Dynamics 365 Fin/Ops or CRM background is an advantage.
  6. Strong MS Office application experience.
