Social Care Recruitment (SCR) is an established provider of specialist care services, and we are currently seeking a Lead Care and Support Manager to join our team.

This exciting opportunity involves leading a team of support workers to deliver exceptional care to young people with emotional and behavioural disabilities.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong leadership background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of our service users.

Responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting, training and supervising a team of support workers
  • Developing and implementing care plans that meet the unique needs of each service user
  • Maintaining accurate records of service user progress and adapting care plans as needed

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working with young people with Autism, Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs
  • Strong leadership and management skills

The successful candidate can expect:

  • A competitive salary of approximately £38,000 per annum
