Care and Support Specialist

At Entrust Social Care Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Care and Support Specialist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people aged 16-25 who are experiencing care and leaving care.
The successful candidate will work directly with these individuals and their families to safeguard and promote their welfare. They will also be responsible for coordinating pathway planning duties to support care leavers in their transition to adult life.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years+ UK experience within a Children's Social Work team, holding an NVQ3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent, and possessing a current DBS. A car driver is also required.
As a Care and Support Specialist, you will be working 35 hours per week (flexible by negotiation) on a 3-month temporary contract. We offer competitive pay rates, negotiable dependent on experience and pay scheme selected. Our estimated salary for this role is £18-22 per hour.
