We are seeking a skilled Office Host to provide exceptional customer service and serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and guests in our stunning office space in central Nottingham.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have excellent hospitality skills, a background in customer-facing roles, and the ability to work independently. Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting and assisting guests, ensuring seamless and quality customer service.
- Managing conference room bookings, setting up rooms, and arranging refreshments.
- Answering phone calls, directing inquiries, and performing additional reception duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience in hospitality, front-of-house, or customer-oriented businesses.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Benefits:
- Paid holidays up to 28 days per year.
- Weekly pay at GBP12.02/hour.
