Job Description: Social Worker for Vulnerable Youth

Pertemps is seeking a skilled Social Worker for Vulnerable Youth to join our team in Shropshire. In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for assessing and supporting children in our care, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Carry out assessments of children's needs and develop effective support plans to ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Manage a caseload of Looked After Children, including planning, reviewing, and coordinating services to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with families, external agencies, and other professionals to achieve positive outcomes for children.
  • Advocate for the best interests of Looked After Children, ensuring they have stability and permanence.

Salary: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Location: Shropshire
