Youth Care Professional

We are recruiting for a Youth Care Professional to join our team, providing residential care and support to vulnerable young people.
Job RoleYou will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support, building positive relationships with young people, and encouraging participation in education and activities.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and respond to the needs of young people, developing and maintaining individual care plans.
- Collaborate with colleagues and external agencies to deliver excellent care and support.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care strategies.
To be successful, you will need:
- A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Child Care (or equivalent).
- Experience working with vulnerable young people (desired but not essential).
- A valid UK driving licence (preferred).
