Job Description
  • To provide high-quality CBT to adults with common mental health problems, including those with a degree of complexity.
  • To work autonomously within professional guidelines and contribute to the overall framework of team policies and procedures.
  • To provide clinical supervision and mentoring to cognitive behavioural therapists and trainees.
  • To deliver a CBT service in accordance with NICE guidelines, meeting key performance indicators and agreed activity levels.

You will be responsible for providing advice and consultation on clients' care to non-CBT colleagues and non-professional carers. Additionally, you will utilise research skills for audit policy and service development and research within the areas served by the team.
