Lead a Team of Experienced Professionals
Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Psychological Therapies Lead to oversee the development of our psychological therapies service at HMP Preston. As part of our Integrated Mental Health team, you will work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality patient care and contribute to the growth of the service.
The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in highly specialist psychological assessment and treatment, with a particular focus on working with clients in forensic environments. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this role.
Salary: £47,475-£58,711 per annum FTE (dependent on experience)
Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective psychological therapies services
- Provide clinical guidance and support to team members
- Contribute to the development of audit and research profiles
