About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Improvement Administrator to join our team in Exeter. As an Operations Improvement Administrator, you will play a key role in identifying, agreeing, and delivering improvements to both Waste Water services and Drinking Water Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with delivery leads to provide support and enable them to deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Use recognized change management methodologies to ensure initiatives are effective in delivering specified outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, scope, and approve them with relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure risks to implementation are identified and obstacles removed to ensure smooth and timely transition.
  • Identify training needs throughout the project lifecycle and recommend ways to fulfill those needs.
  • Conduct thorough stakeholder analysis and manage identified groups, providing concise updates at the correct times.
  • Develop and maintain a communication plan for business stakeholders to ensure they are aware of the Service Improvement programme.
  • Manage the financial aspects of assigned projects in line with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education to at least A Level standard or equivalent.
  • Proven experience of project work.
  • Effective communication, influencing, and negotiating skills.
  • Ability to constructively challenge, demonstrate conflict management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to take ownership of work and personal development to ensure business objectives are achieved.
  • Experience working on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Good communicator with the ability to form strong relationships with internal colleagues and external stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
