Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work alongside a team to ensure each site is running smoothly on a day-to-day basis. Your duties will include:

  • Servicing and recommending changes to treatment performance in line with customer needs and policies.
  • Completing Legionella sampling and identifying opportunities for upgrades.
  • Ensuring the service plan is defined and delivered.
  • Finding, fixing, or seeking solutions for any problems encountered.
  • Assisting with projects from surveying to completion.
  • Engaging with safe chemical delivery and storage procedures.
  • Calibrating personal and onsite equipment and generating certificates.
  • Conducting routine maintenance of technology and equipment.
  • Operating dosing pumps and changing dosing rates based on test results.
  • Independently diagnosing issues found onsite and escalating or rectifying as required.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a Chemistry/Chemical Engineering background or equivalent scientific qualification. A valid UK driving license is also required. Our ideal candidate will be organized and have great communication and interpersonal skills.
