Supporting Young Learners with Special Needs

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant primary school community. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individualized support to students with special educational needs, adapting teaching materials and strategies to meet their diverse needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment.
- Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
- Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Experience working with children with special educational needs is highly desirable.
- A relevant qualification in education or SEN support is advantageous.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to adapt to changing needs and work effectively under pressure.
