Job Description

  • Provide dedicated support to adult learners with special educational needs and disabilities, helping them achieve their academic goals.
  • Assist in the implementation of inclusive social programs across various settings, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for all learners.
  • Ensure smooth exam administration by effectively implementing access arrangements tailored to individual learner requirements.
  • Contribute to the delivery of engaging workshops and training sessions as needed, sharing your expertise and knowledge with adult learners.

Requirements

  • Possess a qualification or demonstrable experience in supporting individuals with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities).
  • Demonstrate proficiency in relevant computer applications to effectively manage learner data and resources.
  • Have proven experience working with adults who have special needs, understanding their unique challenges and learning styles.
  • Show a willingness to participate in ongoing training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge base.
  • Be capable of creating informative training materials and accurately tracking learner progress to ensure effective support and development.
