About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Key Stage 1 Teacher to join our team at a Special Needs School in London. As a Special Education Needs Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties (SEMH).

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to teaching outside of a mainstream environment and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of our learners. You will have a recognised UK teaching qualification and experience in working with children with SEND.

Responsibilities

  • Teach Key Stage 1 pupils with SEMH difficulties in a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our learners.
  • Work collaboratively with the school team to provide a comprehensive support system for our pupils.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture.
