Product Specialist for Tissue Diagnostics

Hobson Prior is a leading life sciences recruiter seeking a Product Specialist to join their dedicated team.

This role will provide technical and scientific support for tissue diagnostics instruments and reagents. The successful candidate will assist customers remotely and on-site, perform instrument installations, and support pathology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers remotely and on-site.
  • Install and validate new instruments for demonstrations and purchases.
  • Support cellular pathology instruments and digital pathology solutions.
  • Plan and manage your own work schedule and travel arrangements.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Biomedical Science or a related field.
  • Experience working in a laboratory setting.
  • Knowledge of clinical histopathology and IHC techniques.
  • Familiarity with good laboratory practices and cellular pathology processes.
  • Ability to demonstrate and troubleshoot diagnostic instruments and reagents.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to travel as required.
