This role will provide technical and scientific support for tissue diagnostics instruments and reagents. The successful candidate will assist customers remotely and on-site, perform instrument installations, and support pathology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers remotely and on-site.
- Install and validate new instruments for demonstrations and purchases.
- Support cellular pathology instruments and digital pathology solutions.
- Plan and manage your own work schedule and travel arrangements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Biomedical Science or a related field.
- Experience working in a laboratory setting.
- Knowledge of clinical histopathology and IHC techniques.
- Familiarity with good laboratory practices and cellular pathology processes.
- Ability to demonstrate and troubleshoot diagnostic instruments and reagents.
- Strong customer focus and ability to work independently.
- Ability to travel as required.
