Senior Brand Sales Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Support Executive to join our team at I Love My Job Ltd. to play an integral part in the management and support of our international retailers and distributors.
About the Role- Support our international wholesale customer base across a wide range of areas from arranging product samples, upselling product, and support with their orders and general queries.
- Work closely with our International Sales Managers to ensure the smooth running of orders for our accounts, communicating any delays.
- Manage stock effectively for our account base, understanding our customers' needs, and maximising any opportunities to increase sales.
- Undertake sales project work as required alongside our Sales Manager.
- Experience in a similar position, within a B2B sales coordination, sales operations, or sales support role.
- A passion for product and retail.
- Excellent Excel skills, some experience with an ERP system would be ideal but not necessary.
We are a sustainable design-led brand who sell our products into leading retailers globally. Our ideal candidate will be proactive and process driven, with a genuine desire to provide the best possible service to our trade / retail customers.
