HRA Global is seeking a highly skilled Customer Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving new channel opportunities and sales for our client, a major international dairy cooperative. Your role will involve working closely with the client throughout the week, guided and supported by our team, to develop and implement strategies that expand the client's footprint across the UK. Key responsibilities will include developing new business opportunities, expanding into new channels and territories, and managing key national and regional accounts to drive profitable growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in national account management, with experience in the FMCG or dairy sector. They will also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key customers. In addition, they will have a strong understanding of key business drivers and be able to analyse financial data to inform commercial decisions. The role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for customer development and negotiation, who is able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. **Key Responsibilities:**

**Requirements:**

* Strong background in national account management
* Experience in the FMCG or dairy sector
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong understanding of key business drivers

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience in the dairy sector
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
