Key Responsibilities:
  • Stock Management: Receive, inspect, and store incoming stock and raw materials, ensuring accurate recording in our inventory management system.
  • Order Fulfillment: Prepare and pack products for dispatch according to customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse and storage areas, adhering to health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and report shortages or overstock, ensuring optimal inventory levels.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet trucks, safely and efficiently.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure seamless communication and timely deliveries.
Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or stores environment, preferably in food manufacturing.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a physically demanding role, including lifting and moving heavy items.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer skills for stock management systems.
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:

Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with shifts from 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm. Salary: £25,000 per annum.
