This is a perfect opportunity for someone with a background in estate agency who has furthered their sales career in a B2B environment in an opening role.

Our client, a dynamic and high-growth Proptech company, leverages cutting-edge methodologies to revolutionise residential property valuation in the UK. Their precision approach combines statistical techniques and machine learning to provide unparalleled insights into over 20 million properties in England and Wales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify prospects, set appointments, and manage the customer onboarding process.
  • Direct cold/warm calling, email outreach/campaigns, social media prospecting, and networking.
  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge through professional demos and objection handling.
  • Book and complete 3 new business visits per week.

This is a pivotal role in their commercial success in 2024 and beyond. We are seeking an experienced sales professional, ideally with a background in both Estate Agency and Proptech/tech/B2B environments. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, product positioning, and sales pipeline development.
