Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead our 100+ place setting in Dorchester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of childcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the latest EYFS framework and Ofsted standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our childcare services, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
  • Work closely with our management team to develop and implement business strategies that align with our company values and mission.
Requirements
  • Minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years/Childcare.
  • At least 3 years' experience of working in a Day Nursery setting.
  • Proven track record of leading and supporting teams to achieve high-quality outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and Ofsted standards.
