About the Role

The Lincolnshire County Council is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Anti-Social Behaviour Project Manager to lead a small team in delivering project outcomes. As a key member of the Community Safety Service, you will work closely with internal teams, such as Community Safety Analysts, Positive Futures, and the Stay Safe Partnership, as well as external partners, including the police, district councils, and social housing providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a small team of staff to achieve project outcomes
  • Work with internal and external partners to deliver data-driven activity and implement policies and procedures
  • Identify gaps in provision and develop strategies to address them
  • Manage relationships with external partners and collaborate with other project staff
Requirements
  • Ability to pass police vetting at an appropriate level
  • Passionate and enthusiastic about driving change and improving community safety
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Experience in working in an anti-social behaviour arena and tackling anti-social behaviour
  • Knowledge of anti-social behaviour legislation and best practices
