We believe in empowering individuals with complex needs to continue learning beyond formal education. Our innovative approach focuses on developing meaningful life skills and personal fulfillment. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting tenants in their daily lives, promoting independence, and enhancing their overall well-being.
The successful candidate will be expected to work on a rolling rota, including early and late shifts, as well as weekend working. A competitive salary of £12.20-£13.32 per hour is offered, depending on qualifications. In addition, we provide a range of benefits, including generous holidays, sick pay scheme, transport to and from campus, NEST pension scheme, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
Main duties include:
- Effective communication and support for tenants with complex needs.
- Promoting health, safety, and security, including medication administration.
