Life Skills Care Coordinator

This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of adults with autism and complex needs. As a Children's Community Autism Practitioner, you will work closely with our dedicated team to provide personalized support and care.
The successful candidate will have experience working with children/adults with autism, complex needs, and behavioural challenges. They will be confident in working alongside service users and as part of a staff team. Full training and support will be provided.
This is a 39-hour per week position, with a competitive salary of £12.20 p.h (unqualified) up to £13.32 p.h (qualified). The role involves working on a rolling rota, including early, late shifts, and weekend working.
Main Responsibilities
- Support service users in developing life skills and personal fulfilment.
- Promote health, safety, and security while minimizing risks.
- Maintain accurate records and participate in administrative tasks.
