Job Title: Building Inspector

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Inspector to join our team at ATS Recruitment. As a Building Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that buildings are constructed in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in building inspection and surveying, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. You will be responsible for conducting site inspections, reviewing plans and documents, and providing technical expertise to clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with building regulations and standards
  • Review plans and documents to identify potential issues and defects
  • Provide technical expertise to clients and stakeholders on building inspection and surveying
  • Assist in the development of quality assurance procedures and protocols
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as building surveying or construction management
  • At least 5 years of experience in building inspection and surveying
  • Strong knowledge of building regulations and standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
