Building Inspector

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Inspector to join our team at ATS Recruitment. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' building projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
- Assist the Associate Director in achieving operational duties and quality management system procedures.
- Work on a broad range of building projects, from single dwellings to large-scale developments.
- Collaborate with the company operations manager to deliver projects successfully to all stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain effective client relationships through the completion of surveying duties.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in building or a related field, or at least 5 years' experience in inspecting new build homes.
- Proficiency in carrying out key stage inspections and audits throughout the build process.
- Experience in managing other surveyors and delivering internal technical auditing.
- Professional membership with a minimum grade of TechRICS, ACIOB, ACABE, or LICWCI.
