Weekly Hours: 35

This is an exciting opportunity for a Compliance and Facilities Specialist to work with our Housing Management team, providing a high-quality service to our customers in the Staffordshire Moorlands, High Peak, and Macclesfield area.

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic team member who has a passion for ensuring the health and safety of our customers and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Conducting monthly inspections of communal areas to ensure health and safety standards are met
  • Completing weekly fire alarm and emergency lighting tests
  • Reporting repairs and monitoring them through to completion
  • Representing Your Housing Group and being a first point of contact for customers
  • Dealing with or signposting customers and supporting the Group's approach to capturing and responding to customer feedback
