About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Compliance and Facilities Agent to join our Housing Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our customers and the quality of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure the health and safety of our customers and the quality of our services.
  • Complete monthly inspections, weekly fire alarm and emergency lighting tests, and report any repairs or maintenance issues.
  • Represent YHG and be a first point of contact for our customers, dealing with or signposting customers and supporting the Group's approach to capturing and responding to customer feedback.
  • Proactively minimize and assist in the resolution of queries and issues.

Requirements

  • Have a can-do proactive attitude and excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Have knowledge of identifying risk and hazards and ICT skills.
  • Be flexible in your approach and able to respond to urgent requests or queries.
  • Be a keen problem solver and passionate about delivering a quality service.

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £24,000 for a 35-hour week, a company vehicle and fuel card, and 25 days annual leave (holidays also increase with time served) plus Bank Holidays.
