About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Parts Sales Advisor. As a key member of our parts department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the sales team in identifying and locating the correct parts for our customers' equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in identifying and locating parts for their construction and agricultural machinery
  • Provide professional and efficient service to customers, both in person and over the phone
  • Support the parts team in managing inventory, including receiving, stocking, and organizing parts
  • Assist in the preparation of quotes, processing of orders, and ensuring prompt delivery of parts to customers
  • Engage in ongoing training programs to expand knowledge of products and services offered by Scot JCB Group

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to use own initiative and work well as part of a team
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Basic understanding of construction or agricultural machinery is beneficial
