Role Overview: We have an exciting opportunity for two Trainee Sales Advisors to join our dynamic sales team. One position will be based in East Scotland, while the other will be in West Scotland. This mobile role requires a full UK driving licence and a personal vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sales Advisor in achieving reservations.
  • Present and demonstrate our products, including show homes and optional extras.
  • Complete customer documentation in compliance with company policies and GDPR.
  • Assist in managing relationships with third-party partners.
  • Contribute to marketing recommendations related to advertising.
  • Provide customers with updates on the progress of their homes.
  • Build strong relationships with onsite construction teams.
  • Ensure the highest standards of the street scene.
  • Proactively contact potential customers and sales leads to maximize opportunities.

Work Schedule: This is a full-time, permanent position requiring 35 hours of work per week, from Thursday to Monday.

Ideal Candidate: We are looking for individuals with experience in customer-facing roles who can develop strong relationships and understand customer needs. Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or face-to-face sales is advantageous. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are well-versed in the home buying process.
