Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Parts Sales Advisor. As a key member of our parts department, you will be responsible for assisting customers in identifying and locating the correct parts for their equipment, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the sales team in managing inventory and processing orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Assist customers in person and over the phone, helping them identify and locate the correct parts for their equipment.
  • Parts Identification: Learn to accurately identify parts required for construction and agricultural machinery, using parts catalogues, schematics, and computer systems.
  • Inventory Management: Support the parts team in managing inventory, including receiving, stocking, and organizing parts.
  • Sales Support: Assist in the preparation of quotes, processing of orders, and ensuring prompt delivery of parts to customers.
  • Learning and Development: Engage in ongoing training programs to continuously expand your knowledge of the products and services we offer.

Requirements

  • A positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • The ability to use your own initiative and work well as part of a team.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A basic understanding of construction or agricultural machinery is beneficial.
