Job Title: Transformation Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and shape strategic and transformation change in leisure, libraries, parks, and beyond to improve services and outcomes for our residents.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Richmond and Wandsworth Council's Culture and Leisure Division and support the delivery of strategic change. As a Transformation Project Manager, you will lead and shape projects to improve services and outcomes for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and shape strategic and transformation change in leisure, libraries, parks, and beyond
  • Develop strategies, undertake option appraisals, shape services, procure contracts, and embed change
  • Support the Culture and Leisure Division in delivering strategic change
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project goals

About You

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can provide:

  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to lead and shape strategic and transformation change
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
