Job Summary: Learning Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Learning Support Professional to join our team at a 3-form entry primary school in Lewisham. The successful candidate will provide critical support to students with SEN, contributing to their academic success and personal growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the class teacher in developing and implementing individualized plans for students with SEN
  • Provide one-on-one support to students with SEN
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to student support

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience working with primary-aged students
  • A good understanding of SEN and its impact on student learning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
