Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Breakfast Chef to join our team at Dunluce Lodge. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and present high-quality breakfast dishes that meet our guests' expectations.

  • You will ideally have experience in 5-star or 2-3 rosette kitchens
  • In-depth knowledge of modern food trends (local, Irish, and international)
  • A can-do attitude, a love for challenges, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational skills and an innovative mindset
  • Relevant culinary qualifications and a history of working in renowned establishments
  • You will be a morning person

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and presenting high-quality breakfast dishes
  • Maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment
  • Working effectively with colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Continuously improving your culinary skills and knowledge of modern cooking techniques
