We are Everyman Media Group, a pioneering cinema chain that's changing the face of entertainment.

We're on the lookout for a talented Theatre Venue Supervisor to join our team as an Assistant Manager.

In this role, you'll be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver a world-class experience for our guests.

Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience

You'll need to have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a proven track record of leadership and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service
  • Assist with operational duties such as venue maintenance and event planning
  • Develop and implement new ideas to improve the customer experience

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • A strong understanding of the film industry
