**Job Title:** Senior Nanotechnology Researcher
**Overview of the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled researcher to join our team at WWW Chemistry Guide, where you will be working on cutting-edge nanotechnology projects. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct research and develop new technologies in the field of thin-film transistors and circuits.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop novel thin-film transistor architectures and circuit designs for flexible and rigid substrates
- Characterize and analyze the performance of thin-film transistors and circuits using various techniques such as electrochemical exfoliation, solution phase nanosheet production, and device failure analysis
- Collaborate with other researchers and students to achieve project goals and publish research findings in reputable journals
- Develop and maintain technical expertise in relevant areas, including thin film deposition, patterning techniques, digital and analogue circuit design, and statistical analysis
**Required Qualifications and Skills:
- PhD in Chemistry, Materials Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field
- Strong background in materials science, nanotechnology, and electronics
- Experience in thin film deposition, patterning techniques, and device characterization
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
**Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position, with a salary range of £32,296 - £45,163 per annum, depending on experience. The role will involve working closely with colleagues and students in a dynamic and fast-paced research environment.
