Industrial Automation Hardware Lead

IC Resources is seeking an Industrial Automation Hardware Lead to join our team, where you will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of RF and wireless communication hardware for industrial devices.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system-level hardware design, including experience with RF circuits, Bluetooth modules, and LTE integration. You will work closely with our engineering team to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
The estimated salary for this position is around $130,000-$160,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, the successful candidate can expect excellent benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth.
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- Expertise in RF circuit design with experience in Bluetooth and LTE technologies
- Strong background in PCB design and RF testing
- Experience in system-level hardware design for industrial communication systems
- Leadership experience in managing hardware projects and mentoring junior engineers
- Familiarity with industrial communication standards and applications is highly desirable
