Key Responsibilities

As our Education Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Leveraging your expertise in PSHE curriculum development to drive innovation and excellence in our alternative education program
  • Building strong relationships with local authorities and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and partnership
  • Designing and delivering a bespoke curriculum for each student, incorporating online learning and face-to-face teaching where appropriate
  • Acting as a lead practitioner for the group, providing guidance and support to PSHE teachers
  • Maintaining high standards of safeguarding and personal development plans for all students

Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $105,000 per year, reflecting the importance of this role in driving the success of our alternative learning environment.
