We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Insurer Reconciliation to join our finance team on a fixed-term basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our business operations, working closely with a team of professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize our client broking systems, including Acturis, Websure, SSP, and TAM, to perform weekly bank reconciliations and monthly insurer money and client money calculations.
- Conduct monthly paper bank reconciliations and investigate any unallocated and unidentified cash.
- Log breaches and assist in month-end reporting.
- Respond to email and telephone queries from the finance team and wider business.
- Proven Excel skills and knowledge.
- Naturally keen to learn and progress, confident, and passionate about accounts.
- Positive 'can-do' attitude, with a high level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a high attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines under pressure.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and on your own initiative.
