Role Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Education Leader to join our Primary school team at Bridge House School. As an Assistant Head Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our students with special needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective teaching and learning strategies to drive student progress and achievement.
- Collaborate with the senior management team to establish policies and objectives that align with the school's vision.
- Provide leadership and support to colleagues at all levels, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Work closely with the special educational needs team to develop and implement tailored support plans for students with complex needs.
- Contribute to the development of a shared vision and strategic plan for the school, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and working towards a common goal.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a formal teaching qualification, a sound understanding of regulatory requirements, and a passion for delivering high-quality education to students with special needs. You will also need to be an effective communicator, able to build strong relationships with colleagues, students, and parents.
