Early Years Foundation Stage Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Foundation Stage Teaching Assistant to support our school in Boston.
This role is fundamental in fostering a nurturing and inclusive setting where young learners can thrive and develop essential skills for their future education.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver Engaging Lessons: Assist in delivering engaging and interactive lessons tailored to the EYFS curriculum, helping children develop essential skills.
- Provide One-on-One Support: Provide one-on-one support to children who may require additional help, ensuring all students can access the learning material.
- Maintain a Positive Learning Environment: Maintain a positive and stimulating learning environment, encouraging good behaviour and social interaction among children.
- Prepare Educational Materials: Assist in the preparation of educational materials and resources to enhance learning experiences.
- Monitor Progress: Monitor and record children's progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents to support each child's development.
- Patience and Encouragement: A patient and encouraging approach is essential to help children build confidence in their early learning journey.
- Strong Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage young children effectively.
- Early Years Knowledge: Profound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework and child development principles will be beneficial.
- Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills to prepare and manage educational materials and activities.
- Right to Work: Have the right to work in the UK.
- Enhanced DBS: Have an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
